Product Description

  • Constructed using the most advanced generation of large denier 100% polypropylene fiber with needle punch carpet technology, pile weight 4.8 oz. sq. ft.
  • Produces an extremely coarse ribbed surface engineered to fulfill the wiper/scraper function high traffic areas need.
  • Needle punch gives superior appearance and ensures there will be no zippering or edge ravel.
  • Can be "loose-laid" or adhered to floor with easy release adhesive.
  • Adhesive covers approx. 200 to 300 sq. ft. per gal.
  • 100% polypropylene large denier fiber; stain resistant; UV stable; permanent static control.
  • Does not absorb or retain water; resists mold, mildew and most chemicals.
  • Latex gel backing; moisture and slip resistant.

INSTALLATION

1. Adhesive and flooring materials must be stored in a pre-heated building where room temperature is no less than 65 F 24 hours before, during and after installation.
2. Subfloor must be cleaned, free of dust, dirt, grease, wax, paint, curing or parting agents or any other substance that may affect the bond. Concrete floors must be level, fully cured, and free of excessive moisture, alkali and hydrostatic pressure.
3. Minimum trowel recommendation: carpet tile 1/16 x 1/16 x 1/16, square notch, 150 sq. ft./gallon or spray, brush, or roller application not to exceed 200 sq. ft./gallon; broadloom carpet and cushion 1/16” x 1/16” x 1/16” square notch, 150 sq. ft./gallon.
4. Place matting into semi-wet adhesive, and roll using a 35 to 50 pound roller to ensure adequate transfer.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

The above products should be vacuumed daily using a commercial vacuum with a power head containing a beater bar.
For spot and stain removal, hand wash or extract stains with a carpet spotter using a water-based carpet detergent or shampoo.
Periodically clean the mat with a carpet extractor using a water-­based detergent or shampoo. When using a carpet extractor, please follow the manufacturer's instructions for operation and chemical use. Do not use solvent-based cleaners.
Excess water should be removed by extracting: When possible, mats should be allowed to dry completely before foot traffic is resumed.
